Potatoes Donuts

  • Homemade breadcrumbs
  • Grated boiled potatoes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Chicken powder
  • Black Pepper
  • White pepper
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Chopped Onions
  • Corn Starch
  • Grated Motzarella or Cheddar Cheese
  • Egg whites
  • Oil to fry
  • Flour to coat
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs


Put in a bowl the homemade breadcrumbs, grate boiled potatoes, then and add the following: pinch of salt, garlic powder, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, chopped parsley, chopped onions, corn starch, grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese, mix together and refrigerate for an hour.

Remove from the fridge and grease hands and shape into donuts. Put egg whites in a bowl, pinch of salt and white pepper and set aside.

Heat oil, coat shaped donuts in all purpose flour and dip in egg white mix and then coat in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.

Serve on salad or dip.
