Iced Kenkey

Difficulty: beginners

Ingredients

  • Kenkey (fermented corn dough)
  • Milk of choice
  • Cloves
  • Sweetner of your choice (the author used honey from the Northern Region of Ghana)
  • Blubberies (to decorate)

Directions

Put the Iced kenkey in the blender.

Add milk of your choice, cloves, blend together.

Add sweetener of your choice ( she used wild honey from the Northern Region of Ghana).

Top it with blueberries.

Put in fridge to chill and ready to serve
