  • Pasta 400 g
  • 1 aubergine
  • 250g tomato sauce
  • 2-3 spoons of peeled almonds
  • 20 basil leaves
  • Garlic (optional)
  • salt
  • olive oil


Cook the pasta following the directions in the package

In the meantime dice the eggplant and sprinkle with salt. Let it rest for 10 ‘, then squeeze and fry in plenty of olive oil with a little basil.

Set apart.

Blend the tomato sauce with the basil leaves and almonds, garlic is optional, add two or three tablespoons of olive oil.

Combine everything and add some almonds on top
