  • 400 g Pasta
  • 4-5 slices of speck (smoked ham)
  • 150g Cooking cream
  • Ketchup
  • 1 shallot
  • Fresh aurugula


Cook the pasta following the directions in the package

In the meantime in a pan, fry the shallot with a little oil. Then add the speck into small pieces.

Add the cooking cream and then the ketchup (I put a spoon, but you adjust the quantity)

Combine everything and add the fresh aurugula cut into small pieces
