Ingredients
- sardines
- flour
- white onion
- salt
- vinegar
- peanut oil (for fry)
Directions
Clean the sardines (head and entrails). Add salt and leave them rest for 2 hours.
Roll them in flour them fry in peanut olil until they are browned.
In the same pan, leave 3-4 spoons of the sardines oil, then add 3-4 spoons of fresh peanut oil, 3 spoons of vinegar and 1chopped white onion.
Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, then add it on top of the sardines.
Serve hot
