Difficulty: beginners



  • 18 slices butternut squash (1/2 cm)
  • turkey ham (or normal ham)
  • robiola cheese (or mozzarella or any other creamy cheese)
  • rosmary
  • parmesan (optional at the end)
  • Olive oil
  • salt


Clean the buttesquash slices and make them square

In a tray lay the olive oil, then the pumpkin slices then salt

Add on top the ham, the cheese and the chopped rosmary.

Then repeat for three times pumpking-salt-ham-cheese-rosmary

On top add pumpking, olive oil, rosmary and if you want parmesan

Bake in the oven at 190°-200°C for 30’/35′
