Ingredients

  • 5 carrots
  • 2-3 spring onions, cleaned
  • 1/2 glass water
  • butter
  • salt & pepper
  • fresh marjoram

Directions

Clean and cut the spring onions and carrots in chunks or slices as you like

Prepare a covered pan with a nut of butter and cook the veggies with salt and pepper, adding water if necessary until tender.

At the end add fresh marjoram.
