  • 250 g big pasta shells
  • 200 g rice cheese
  • 40 g dried procini mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • 5-6 nuts
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive oil


Leave the mushrooms in warm water for two hours, then put them in a pot with chopped parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt and add water when necessary. Cook for about 40′.

In the meantime, cook the pasta shells two minutes before the indications in salt water.

Pre-heat the oven at 180°C

When the mushrooms are ready, add the rice cheese and tumeric and nuts, mix together and fill the shells and lay them in a tray.

Cook the shells for about 20′ in the oven
