Difficulty: beginners



  • 500 g minced veal
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 slice of onion
  • 1 egg
  • 4 spoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 spoons parmesan
  • 1 spoon chopped parsley
  • 2 pinches of salt

For the pan

  • olive oil
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1/2 lemon juice


Mix all together in a bowl, then roll in breadcrumbs, leave it rest.

Put 6-7 spoons of olive oil in a pan, heat it

Put the meatballs in the oil and brown them

Add the glass of milk and when it’s done a nice cream the meatballs are ready.

Sprinkle the lemon on top before serving
