Ingredients
- 180 g rice
- 50 g catchfly
- 1/2 onion
- 40 g parmesan
- salt
- olive oil
- 1l vegetable broth
Directions
Clean the catchflies, put hem in a pot with chopped onion, little salt for about 10′, then blend everything.
Add the rice, and after 5′ cover with hot vegetable broth.
Continue stirring until ready. 5′ before ready add the parmesan and adjust salt
