Bread Pudding with chocolate chips

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of stale bread
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Cut the bread slices into small cubes and place them into a baking pan.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the bread and mix together.

In a bowl add the milk, the sugar, the millted butter, the vanilla extract and the cinnamon and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture on the bread cubes and press on the bread with a fork untill all the bread is well soaked in the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for about 45 minutes.
