- 250 g yellow tomatoes
- 1 slice onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g rice cheese
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon tumeric
- olive oil
- chili pepper (optional)
Cut in half the tomatoes
Fry the onion with olive oil, add the tomatoes, salt chili pepper if you want and cook for 10′ until tender, add water if necessary.
Blend everything then add rice cheese and tumeric.
Break up the basil leaves and add to the mix.
Serve hot or cold, as a dip or as a pasta sauce!
