Ingredients
- 20 courgette flowers
- 60 g flour
- 1 egg
- 100 ml beer
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- peanut oil (for frying)
For the avocado dip follow this recipe you’ll need:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt
- chili pepper powder
- 4 spoons olive oil
Directions
Separate egg white and yolk, mix the yolk with flour, salt and the beer. Cover with transparent film and leave to rest for 2h in the fridge
Prepare the dip following these directions
Whip the whites until stiff then add to the batter.
Clean the flowers, dip in the batter and fry in abundant oil
Serve hot
