Asparagus rose

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 150 g asparagus
  • 2-3 slices ham
  • 50 g caciotta cheese (or mozzarella)
  • onion
  • salt, pepper, olive oil

Directions

Peel and cut the asparagus.

Chop some onion and fry gently with olive oil, then ad the asparagus. Add water and salt after 2 minutes.

Cook for about 10 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.

Pre-heat the oven at 220°C

Unroll the puff pastry, lay the asparagus, the cheese and the ham in little pieces.

Roll the pastry back and cut in slices of 4-5 cm, lay them in baking paper

Bake for about 10-12 minutes and serve!
