Ingredients

  • 500 g all purpose flour
  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 25 g brewer’s yeast
  • 75g warm butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • tomato sauce
  • oregano
  • mozzarella cheese

Directions

Knead the bread and leave to rise for at least 1h.

Pre-heat the oven at 180°

Roll out with a rolling pin till you get a very very thin layer and carve some circles. (Mine were 10 cm diameter more or less)

Fill with tomato, oregano and mozzarella and close really well.

Bake in the oven for about 30′
