Plums and pears

Ingredients

  • 4 pears abate (not completely ripe)
  • 12 dried plums
  • the juice of 2 oranges
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar

Directions

Put the dried plums in water for half an hour.

Boil the orange and lemon juice with water until you can fill 2 glasses and mix with the sugar

Peal and cut into wedges the pears and throw them in the boiling syrup, cook until they are tender but not too much

Drain the pear pieces, reduce the liquid into a dense syrup.

Compose the plate with pears, plums and pour the dense syrup on top and serve
