- 100g mix berries
- 170 g greek yoghurt (I used cherry flavour)
- 200ml whipping cream (don’t whip the cream!)
- 16g gelatine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Boil the berries with the sugar for 5 minutes.
In a bowl put some water and melt 7g gelatine. When it’s ready, add to the berries.
Mix together the yoghurt and the whipping cream (without whipping it).
Soften 9g gelatine in a bowl, drain it and then put 4 spoon of water ina bowl and add the gelatine, melt on the stove and then add to the cream mix.
Compose the jars with layers of cream and berries, put in the fridge to rest for an hour and serve
