Red rice with avocado and salmon

Difficulty: easy



  • 350 g red rice
  • 200 g smoked salmon (or fresh salmon, as you like it)
  • 2 avocado
  • 100 g feta cheese


Cook the rice following instructions in the package.

In the meantime chop the other ingredients in cubes.

If you don’t like raw salmon, you can cook it, I prefer smoked salmon with a strong taste, but you can use any type.

When the rice is ready, add a little of olive oil and add the other ingredients, you can serve hot or cold, as you like!
