Ingredients
- 380 g white flour
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g coconut yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon peel grated
- 2 tablespoons of rhum
- 60 g sunflower oil
- 16 g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
Pre-heat the oven at 200° C
Beat the eggs with the sugar and then add all the wet ingredients.
Add the flour, the yeast and a pinch of salt little by little.
Flour the mold and bake the cake at 200°C for about 45′
