- Omlett ingredients of your choosing
- Any pizza dough recipe will do.
- Mozarella cheese
Cook the omlett of your choosing and set aside.
On a floured surface roll the dough to a thin layer and divide it into 2 pieces.
Place the first piece into a baking cheet lined with parchement paper.
Spred the omlett on top and then spred the cheese on top of that.
Place the other dough layer on top of that and press and fold the edges to prevent leakage.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until the bread is done.
Cut it and serve it warm.
My Grandmother used to make this for us for brakfast when we had sleepovers at her house.
