- 600g turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 spoon sunflower seeds
- 1 spoon pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 lemon peel, grated
- 4 slices ham or turkey ham
- 2 oranges
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 onion
- salt & pepper
- olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
Slice in half the turkey breast, cover with ricotta cheese, the seeds, lemon peel grated and the slices of ham. Add salt and pepper.
Roll it and tie the roast.
Squeeze the two oranges and keep the juice.
Chop the carrot, celery and onion, put them in a pot, sauté for 2 minutes, then add the roast, seal it on all sides.
Add the glass of wine, salt and pepper and the orange juice. Cover with the lid and bake for about 1h30′.
Turn the roast every 10 minutes
When it’s ready, remove the roast, cut it in slices, blend the gravy and add it on top.
