- 6 scallops
- 2 white bread slices
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 lemon peel, grated
- olive oil
Clean the scallops and lay them on a tray. Pre-heat the oven at 190°C
Blend all the seasoning in a mixer with olive oil and lay two spoons of the mix over each scallop.
Bake them for about 15-20′ in the oven.
