- 2 orange peels
- 50 g sugar
- 50 ml water
- dark chocolate
Cut the orange peels in stripes, then boil them in hot water for 5‘.
Repeat again (that takes away the bitter taste)
Then put them in a pot with equal parts of sugar and water and candy them for 10′.
Lay them on a cooking paper.
Melt the chocolate at bain-marie and dip the stripes, lay in tha baking paper and wait until they are cool.
