- a head of turnip greens
- 4 anchovies
- pecorino cheese
- olive oil
- 240 g orecchiette pasta
Clean the turnip green and keep only the leaves, chop them.
Boil the leaves for about 10′ in salted hot water. (if the pasta is not fresh, cook the pasta with the leaves, follow instructions on the package)
In the meantime, heat the oil with the anchovies in a pan.
In the same pot of the leaves, cook the fresh pasta for 4-5 minutes.
Drain pasta and turnip greens and add to the pan, sauté well and serve with pecorino cheese on top!
