ŠLEHAČKOVÉ CUKROVÍ (WHIPPING CREAM COOKIES)

DOUGH
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 g 100% fat or butter
- 450g all-purpose flour
COATING MIXTURE
- 2 packages vanilla sugar
- icing sugar – about 200g
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients – make sure they are cold! – into a dough. Let it chill in the fridge for a least 1 hour
- Use rolling pin to roll out the dough – it should be about 0,5 cm thick
- Use cookie cutter to cut small shapes
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 200 °C/400 °F about 10 minutes
- Still hot, coat with coating mix – CAREFULLY!
PERNÍČKY (GINGERBREAD)

DOUGH
- 190g icing sugar
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 125g butter
- 125g honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon gingerbread spice
COATING MIXTURE – optional
- rum
- cocoa
- sugar
- egg
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients into a dough. Let it chill in the fridge for a least 1 hour
- Use rolling pin to roll out the dough – it should be about 0,5 cm thick
- Use cookie cutter to cut desired shapes
- If you want, coat shapes in beaten egg or in rum-cocoa mixture
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 150 °C/300 °F about 15 minutes
- Optional coating after baking – rum-sugar
SKOŘICOVÉ LINECKÉ (CINNAMON LINZER COOKIES)

DOUGH
- 100g icing sugar
- 275g all-purpose flour
- 200g butter
- 12g baking powder
- 20g vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
FILLING
- jam
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients into a dough. Let it chill in the fridge for a least 1 hour
- Use rolling pin to roll out the dough – it should be about 0,5 cm thick
- Use cookie cutter to cut desired shapes
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 170 °C/340 °F until golden brown
- Spread jam on one cookie and put other cookie on the top
KOKOSKY (COCONUT COOKIES)

DOUGH
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk – 400 g
- 250g shredded coconut
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients into a dough. Let it chill in the fridge for a least 1 hour
- Form walnut-size pieces of dough into round shape – It is will be sticky
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 200 °C/400 °F about 5 minutes
