Antillaise coconut flan

Ingredients

  • Four eggs
  • 1 box of milk concentrated sweet
  • 1 concentrated milk box not sweet
  • 1 coconut milk box (400 ml)
  • lemon Zest
  • liquid caramel

Directions

In a bowl, mix eggs and milk with lemon zest with the drummer.

In a cake mould, pour the liquid caramel to the bottom in a fine layer Pour the device into the mould

Bake in the oven in pendant bain for one hour, thermostat 6/7 (180°C) Pour finish

Let cool before serving.
