- 2 treviso radicchio
- 4 slices speck ham (smoked)
- 100 g gorgonzola cheese
- 3 walnuts
- salt and pepper
Clean the Treviso radicchio and cut them in half.
Put in in a tray, pour olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper
Spread a spoon of gorgonzola in every half, then cover with a slice of speck ham, and chopped walnuts
Put in the oven at 180°C for about 30′.
