Rice pudding

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 litter skimmed Milk
  • 250 gram short grain rice
  • 60 gram Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ground cinnamon for sprinkling on top

Procedure

In a saucepan add the milk, the sugar and the salt and bring it to a near boil.

Add the rice and stir for few minutes .

Lt it simmer on the stove on low heat for about 40 minutes while stirring from time to time.

Transfer to your serving bawls & sprinkle with ground Cinnamon.
