Ingredients
- 10/12 big Savoy cabbage leaves
First type
- 100 g quinoa
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- tofu
- 1/2 onion
Second type
- 100 g rice
- 3 carrots
- 1 shallot
- thyme
Directions
Boil the cabbage leaves for 3-4 minutes.
Wash the quinoa, and cook it.
Chop the veggies (first type) and cook them in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the tofu in cubes at the end and sauté all together with the quinoa when it’s ready.
Prepare the rice, chop the second part of the veggies and cook them in an other pan with olive oil, salt and thyme. Sauté with the rice when ready.

Stuff the leaves with the two mixes, close them and put them in a tray with olive oil.
Put in the oven for about 15′ at 180°C
