- 600 gr savoy cabbage
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 glass vegetale broth
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 1/4 golden apple
- 20 gr butter
- Salt, olive oil
Cut the cabbage in pieces.
In a pot put chopped shallots and the garlic together with olive oil and brown a little.
Add the cabbage, the hot vegetable broth and the wine.
Cover with the lid and stew over low heat. Stir every 10 minutes.
After 15′ add the chopped apple and the butter and keep stewing for an other 30′. Adjust salt
