Pear & chocolate jam

Difficulty: easy


  • 1 kg williams pears
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 500 gr sugar
  • 1 lemon


Peel the pears and wet them with lemon juice.

Cut them in pieces and cook with sugar.

Chop the chocolate and after 15′ add the chocolate to the pears.
