- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- a pinch of salt
Add the butter, the peanut butter and the vanilla extract to a bowel and mix until creamy.
Add the brown and the granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the flour, the salt, the baking powder and the baking soda and mix until you get a formable dough.
Form the dough into small balls and use a fork to flaten them and make crisscross patterns on them.
Place the cookies on a baking try lined with parchement paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on a cooling rack.
