- 3 oranges
- 200 gr cream
- 100 gr dark chocolate
Cut the top of the oranges and carve them.
Half whip the cream, it shouldn’t be completely whipped, just a little bit.
Melt the chocolate in bain-marie.
When the chocolate is still hot add one by one 4 spoons of whipped cream, stir from below upwards. Then add all the other cream.
Pour in the oranges the mousse
