- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 200 gr pumpkin
- 30 gr dried mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 6/7 tablespoons parmesan
- salt & pepper
Pu the dried mushrooms in water for 2 h.
Then put them in a pot with 1/4 onion, the garlic, olive oil and salt.
Add hot water and cook for about 40′.
In an othen pot put the pumpkin with 1/4 onion, salt and pepper. Add water and cook for 15′, until it becomes purée. Then add the parmesan.
Lay one roll of puff pastry in a cake tray. Lay the pumpkin mix and then the mushrooms, then a little of parmesan more.
Cut out the other roll of puff pastry as Jack o’Lantern, lay it on the tray.
Pre heat the oven at 200°C and bake it for about 20′
