Halloween Cat pie with dragon blood plum jam

Ingredients

  • 125 gr butter
  • 250 gr flour type 00
  • 130 gr sugar
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 250 gr jam (I used my homemade dragon blood plum jam)

Directions

Soften the butter with a fork then add the sugar and the yolks one by one. Add the lemon peel

Then add little by little the flour. Make a ball, cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 30′. Prepare the cooking paper on the cake tray.

Keep a slice of dough for the decoration.

Roll the dough on the cooking paper and lay it on the tray.

Add the jam and prepare the cat decoration pieces

Pre heat the oven at 175°C and bake for 40′
