Tangerine cake

Difficulty: easy


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-3 tangerins
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


cut the tangerines into cubes without peeling them. Remove the stub & the seeds and put them in a blender.

Add the eggs, the vanilla extract, the oil and the sugar and blend until well combined.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and add the flour and the baking powder and mix.

Pour the mixture in a baking pan lined with oil and flour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
