- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 gram culiflower
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 potateo
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 gram chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- salt and pepper
Chop all the vegetables to small cubes and put in a pan.
cook on low heat while stirring until the vegetables are wilted.
Add the chicken pieces and about 1 1/2 cups of water and let it cook until the chicken is done (about 30 minutes)
Remove the pan from the stove and remove the chicken pieces from the soup.
Add the fresh cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into the serving dish and add the chicken piece on top.
