Peppers filled with sausage meat&veggies

Difficulty: easy



  • 2 peppers
  • 2 sausages
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4-5 grilled aubergine slices
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 5-6 little tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt


Preprare the aubergine slices and gril them in a pan with salt and olive oil. Peal the potatoes and boil them for 10′.

Chop the onion, the garlic. Cut in pieces the tomatoes

Carve the peppers in Halloween style if you want.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then fill the peppers

Pre heat the oven at 200° C.

Lay the peppers in a tray with a little olive oil and baked them for about 30 minutes.
