- 200 gr pumpkin (butternut squash)
- 180 gr spelled flour
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 gr dry yeast
- 60 gr scamorza cheese (slightly smoked)
- salt & pepper
Bake in the oven the pumpkin for about 20‘ then with a fork puree it.
Mix in a bowl the flour, milk, egg, oil, yeast, salt, pepper, add the cheese and the pumpkin when it’s cooled down.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C and bake for about 20/25 minutes
In the meantime, carve the scamorza cheese as a little ghost, put on the muffins when they are still hot
