- 2 peppers
- 2 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- Treviso radicchio leaves or fennel or any other vegetables
- olive oil
- lemon juice or vinegar
- salt & pepper
Carve and shape the peppers as Halloween pumpkins.
Cut in steaks the veggies and put them inside the peppers.
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar) salt and pepper in little glasses and your pinzimionio is ready!
