Ingredients
- 1 roll ready to bake quiche dough (pasta brisée)
- 1 carrot
- 1 courgette
- 1/2 onion
- 3 eggs
- 60 gr cooking cream
- 4 tablespoons parmesan
- salt & pepper
Directions

With a potato peeler make long stripes of carrot and courgette, then cut in half from the top long.
Pun in a pan the onion with olive oil and a pinch of salt. adn gently fry for a couple of minutes.
In a bowl add the eggs, parmesan, cooking cream, salt and pepper and stir. Then add the onion

Lay the pasta brisée and pour the mix, then starting from the borders, lay the carrot and courgette stripes

Complete until you arrive at the centre.

Pre-heat the oven at 200° and bake for 30′ (read the pasta brisée instructions)
