- 500 gr figs
- 140 gr sugar
- 1 lemon
- 10 gr pectin powder
- 25 gr sliced almonds
Peel the figs and put them in a pot with the sugar, the pectin and the juice of a lemon.
After 5 minutes use a minipimer to blend all together
Cook for about 25-30 minutes. At the end add the sliced almonds.
