Fig jam with almonds

Difficulty: easy



  • 500 gr figs
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 gr pectin powder
  • 25 gr sliced ​​almonds


Peel the figs and put them in a pot with the sugar, the pectin and the juice of a lemon.

After 5 minutes use a minipimer to blend all together

Cook for about 25-30 minutes. At the end add the sliced ​​almonds.
