- 1 romanesco cauliflouwer
- 30 gr speck (smoked italian ham)
- 1 shallot
- sesame seeds
- salt, pepper, olive oil
Cut the cauliflower in pieces, put them in a pan with chopped shallot, salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook for few minutes and add a glass of water.
After 5′ add the speck and the sesame seeds.
