Dry Ingredients (mix in a bowl)
- ▪︎3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- ▪︎3 cups sugar
- ▪︎2 tspn baking soda
- ▪︎1 tspn baking powder
- ▪︎1-1/2 tspn salt
- ▪︎2 tspn ground allspice
- ▪︎1 tspn ground nutmeg
- ▪︎1 tspn ground cinnamon
- ▪︎1/2 tspn ground cloves
Wet Ingredients (separate bowl)
- ▪︎4 large eggs
- ▪︎1 can (15 oz ) pumpkin purée
- ▪︎3/4 cup vegetable oil
- ▪︎2/3 cup water
- ▪︎ 1/3 cup milk
- ▪︎1/4 cup powdered sugar
▪︎Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
▪︎In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
▪︎In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the dry ingredients, mix until moistened.
▪︎Pour the batter into the greased loaf pans.
▪︎Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
▪︎Let it cool before removing from pans to wire racks and cool completely.
▪︎ Mix the Glaze together to the desired thickness, and pour on the bread.
