- 4 zucchini flowers
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 a tip of a spoon of baking soda
- 4 tablespoons flour
- seed oil
- powdered sugar
Cut the flowers in little stripes, mix all the ingredients together.
Prepare a deep pan with seed oil and bring it to high temperature.
Tak the batter with a spoon and let that slip into the hot seed oil.
Turn the little croquettes many times until they are brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
