- 3 zucchini
- 1/2 leek
- 5 basil leaves
- vegetable broth
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- kitchen cream & croutons for the top
Put in a pot 4 spoons olive oil and chopped leek and zucchini, stir for few minutes, then add the hot vegetable broth and keep stirring for about 10-15 minutes.
Then add the basil leaves and keep stirring until the zucchini are stewed.
Blend all together, add some kotchen cream and croutons before serving
