- 250 gr shrimps
- 1 zucchina
- 1 saffron sachet
- oilve oil
- 180gr linguine pasta
Grill the zucchini with a little olive oil and salt
Put 4 spoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the shrimps, pinch of salt and the saffron. Add water if needed.
When he shrimps are almost ready, add the chopped grilled zucchini.
In the menatime cook the linguini in hot salt water, drain it and add the sauce, stirring for a couple of minutes.
