- 4 turkey steaks
- 35 gr pistachio
- 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
- olive oil
- 1/2 garlic clove
Grind the pistachio with a knife and mix with the ricotta cheese.
Spread the mix on the turkey steaks and roll them over.
Fix them with a toothpick
Grill in a pan with olive oil and the garlic, ajust with salt
