Ingredients
- Cucumber
- spinach
- 1 full lemon
- 1/2 inch ginger
- green apple and
- pineapple
- I sprinkle in ground tumeric once veg and fruit are juiced.

Directions and tips
This amount shown makes 3 tumblers of juice. This green juice gives me energy, boosts immune and provides good skin vitamin, the spinach helps detox the liver.
To start, use about a 1/2 inch of ginger, it takes getting use to and too much will make the juice harsh, be sure to use at least 1 full lemon.
