Semolina pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 300 gram soft mascarpone
  • honey and chopped pistachios to sprinkle on top.

Procedure

In a bot mix the milk, semolina and sugar until all combined.

Place the bot on the stove on medium to low heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens and you get pudding consistency.

Remove from the stove, add rose water and mix.

Pour the mixture in a pan and level it with a spoon.

Let it cool to room temperature then refrigerate for about an hour.

When its time to serve spread the mascarpone cheese on top then cut to squares.

Place on the serving plates then drizzle with honey and sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
